Lord of the Flies ch. 1

I like how descriptive this book is. It's easy to visualize Golding's vivid scenes. I'm very interested in the decline of the boys' civilized nature and the events that lead up to that point because it doesn't seem like any of them have the skills or knowledge to survive for long.

    I agree that the book is very visual but it also is a little boring. I am interested to see who exactly is going to survive based on their physical abilities and mental abilities.
