Ralph is starting the lose he little power he has over everyone. Him and Jack are still continuing to fight over power and as of right now I think Jack is going to win that over considering he's not afraid to go after the beast while Ralph is.
I agree that Ralph is losing power, but I believe that he is the only one with the exception of Piggy that keeps reminding the group of their main goal: which is to get rescued. The other boys are getting caught up in living on the island.
