Part 1

This book is really taking some interest to me. So far the book is making me very frustrated on the fact that these kids have lives ahead of them, yet they are being unwound. Like Risa, she's got a good life going for her with the piano, but just because they need to lower the population of the ward they are sending her to be unwound. And then Connor. He seems to be trying to sort himself out, but what did he really do that made his parents want to have him unwound? The fact that these parents are okay with sending their kid to be killed is unbelievable. The only thing I see that seems to be getting through their heads as to why its a good thing is that their organs and body parts go to people that need them, making them "not completely gone". Either way, this book is really good, yet makes me so angry while reading it. Can't wait to see how the three of them turn out with their whole running away plan.
