Unwind part one

I was surprised on how easy it was to start reading this book. Usually it takes me 2-3 chapters to understand a writers style and understand their lingo. However, this story is surprisingly easy to read from page one! Also I enjoy how each perspective is divided into chapters instead of the usual "surprise change in narratives without warning", that most authors usually do. I am enjoying this first part where the escape had turned into a thriller. Also I found it funny how Conner was denied and betrayed by his girlfriend on top of being metaphorically being slapped in the face for being an unwind.
