Unwind Part 1

My reaction to Unwind so far is shocked. I honestly can't believe this would even be thought to be a way of life in the future. During Connor's part in the story, I couldn't believe that his parents would do that to him, and then plan a vacation the day after. That was messed up in my opinion. Another thing that I found shocking was the Lev's family was going to unwind him just because they had to many children, that isn't a good enough reason, (no excuse is good enough to terminate their child). And the fact that the parents choose to have another child, and it isn't Lev's fault. If they didn't want to have another child then they shouldn't have. I feel bad for Risa because she was homeless, so she didn't have a chance to even be a good child. This book is very shocking and heart breaking in a way, but also bring attention, and interest to the reader.
