I'm really curious how the exact unwinding process works. I wonder if its gruesome or done humanely. If it's gruesome, then that would be odd because it's already unfair that the child's life is being taken to save another.
I totally agree Sara I'm am curious to find out exactly what the unwinding process consists of. As I am reading the book, I definitely believe that it is certainly done by the parents and they only do it to their children to conform to society. But it is definitely a gruesome proccess and not humane, but that is just my prediction.
