Unwind Part 2
In this section of reading, Lev's character is more explained and developed. He plays by the rules and doesn't want to be surrounded by things of negative influence. As a 13 year old boy, I feel like he has a lot to say due to his large personality. Being the youngest of the 3, I don't really understand why he is so determined to escape from the group only to turn himself in. many people were trying to help him survive and he went against all of them. I feel like later on he will become afraid of the fact that he's alone and that he will try to get back together with Risa and Connor. Even though he might return with the others, I feel like they won't allow him back. They were trying to forget about him at the end of this part because it was making both of them frustrated.

Lev is the youngest of ten, that's why they are tithing him because they are going to give away 1/10 of the family. I feel he is determined to escape because he portrays the standard view of society that you cant avoid a tithing.
